Induction Hob Mode Selection

After the power is on, select the desired cooking zone first, then adjust the heat level using the slider control. There are 9 power levels, or you can use other available control options.

Can the induction hob operate without cookware?

No. Operating without cookware is not allowed. If the temperature becomes too high, an error code will appear.

Hob Surface Cleaning

After use, allow the surface to cool before cleaning. Wipe with a soft cloth, and if needed, apply a small amount of food-grade detergent to remove stains. Do not use abrasive cleaning tools such as steel wool, as they may scratch the glass surface.

Does the hob surface glass get hot during operation?

Yes. The temperature of the glass surface varies in different areas. The glass near the burners becomes hotter. Do not touch the glass around the burner area directly to avoid burns.

The induction hob does not power on.

Check if there is a power outage in your home.
If not, please contact an authorized service technician for inspection.

The induction hob does not heat.

If the selected cooking zone does not heat up, it may be due to a loose connection or a faulty coil.
Please contact an authorized service technician for assistance.

The induction hob displays error code E0.

This code indicates no cookware is detected. Please place a compatible pot or pan on the cooking zone.

The induction hob displays error code E01 / E02.

The input voltage is too high (>250V) or too low (<180V).
Wait until the voltage stabilizes, then try again, or contact your local power provider.

The induction hob displays error code E3 / E4.

This indicates a temperature sensor fault. Please contact an authorized service technician for on-site inspection.

The induction hob displays error code F3–F5.

This indicates a short or open circuit in the NTC temperature sensor. Please contact an authorized service technician for repair.

How should I clean the inside of the range hood?

After disconnecting the power, remove the ventilation parts, rinse with water, or wipe away grease and buildup inside with a towel.

Is the range hood noisy during operation?

The product has a noise level of 67 dB. If the sound is merely the normal noise from operation or the airflow during ventilation, it is considered normal. However, if there are abnormal noises, you should check whether any foreign objects have entered the range hood or contact an authorized service technician for inspection.
