THE DREAME FAMILY DAY GIVEAWAY RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SWEEPSTAKES: The Dreame Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 6:00 a.m. Central European Time (“CET”) on May 12, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central European Time (“CET”) on May 19, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Participation is free of charge. There is  no  purchase  or  payment  of  any  kind  necessary  to  participate  in  the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Netherland, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (“ Entrant”). Employees of [DREAME INTERNATIONAL HONGKONG LIMITED] (“Sponsor”), and its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging   agencies   and   their   respective   officers,   directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the  development,  evolvement  and  execution  of  this  Sweepstakes  (collectively “Sponsor and its Administrators”) and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible  to  participate  or  win.  All  federal,  state  and  local  taxes  are  the  sole responsibility of winner.
3. HOW TO  ENTER: During  the  Sweepstakes  Period,  each  of  the  following  social accounts   @dreame_nederland   on    Instagram,   @dreamenederland on    Facebook, will make three (3) posts regarding the Sweepstakes, totally

6 posts (each a “Post”). You may enter by following the instructions in the Post to receive one (1) entry (the “Entry”) into the corresponding Prize’s random drawing only.

4. You must  follow  the  one  of  Dreame  social  accounts  among  @dreame_nederland   on    Instagram,   @dreamenederland on    Facebook  through which you enter the Sweepstakes for your entry to be eligible. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person per Post. You must have a valid Instagram or Facebook account to enter. You must have your privacy settings set to “public” to enter. Any Entry deemed inappropriate or containing unsuitable text, in Sponsor’s sole discretion will be disqualified. Any Entry or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, obscene,  profane,  lewd,  defamatory,  includes  references  to  sex,  nudity,  acts  of violence  or  acts  that  may  cause  harm,  contains  any  proper  names,  third  party materials  (other than Dreame-owned),  or  otherwise violates  or  infringes  (or  may infringe)  any  copyright,  trademark,  logo,  mark  that  identifies  a  brand  or  other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, sexual in nature, or is otherwise objectionable, will disqualify the Entrant as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and may not be offensive, as  determined  by  Sponsor  in  its  sole  discretion.       Normal  Internet  access, phone/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service will apply.
5. WINNER SELECTION: On or about May 19, 2023, three (3) winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received for the corresponding Post only. The random drawings will be conducted by [DREAME INTERNATIONAL HONGKONG LIMITED]  whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for each Post.

Prizes are nontransferable and no cash substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Winners’ social media profiles must be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image. Winners and all Entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release and forever discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless   Sponsor and its Administrators, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of the Sweepstakes from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of the prize awarded, or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prizes. Sponsor is only liable in case of intent or gross negligence. For any damages resulting from injury to life, body or health the Sponsor is also liable for ordinary negligence.

6. PRIZES AND  APPROXIMATE  RETAIL  VALUE  (“ARV”): Prize  1  (1):  a Dreame L10s Ultra Prize  2  (1):  a D10 Plus Prize  3  (1):a Hair Glory. Service  is  not  included with  any  prize.  Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor except for the applicable manufacture´s warranties and any rights you may have under  local  laws and  regulations.  No transfer or substitution of  prize  permitted. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. GENERAL RULES/WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via a DM/Private Message  from  @dreame_nederland on  Instagram,  or  @dreamenederland on Facebook, to  winner’s  Instagram/Facebook handle and will be required to follow the instructions in the DM/Private Message within twenty -four (24) hours (including weekends) of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be delivered within 8-10 weeks after winner verification. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate prize winner may be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process or the operation of any site; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the  Instagram/Facebook/Twitter  account submitted  at  the time  of  Entry will  be deemed     to     be     the     Entrant.     "Authorized     account     holder"     of     an Instagram/Facebook  account  is  defined  as  the  natural  person  who  is responsible for joining Instagram/Facebook and who manages the e -mail

address  associated  with  the  Instagram/Facebook Account.  The  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor. In such event, Sponsor would select the Prize winners in random drawings from among all eligible Entries received for each Post prior to cancellation. Prize winners and all Entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its Administrators, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or Prizes awarded. Prize winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the  Sweepstakes,  the  receipt,  ownership  or  use  of  any  Prizes  awarded  or  any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the Prizes. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws. As a  condition  of  entering  the  Sweepstakes,  Entrant  agrees  that:  1)  under  no circumstance will  Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and  Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out -of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or the Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall  be  limited to actual  out -of-pocket  costs  incurred,  but  in  no  event, attorneys’ fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Entrant’s statutory right they will have subject to local laws and regulations shall not be affected. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.

8. Data Protection: In the course of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor may collect and use some personal information of Entrant. The nature of the processing, the subject - matter, the  purpose  of  the  processing,  the  type  of  the  personal  data  and  the categories of data subjects concerned of the processing (hereinafter referred to as “Processing Particulars”) are set out as below：
