The water tank is located on the right side of the control panel and can be removed from the oven.
Gently press the front panel of the water tank, and it will automatically pop out from the oven. There are two ways to fill the water tank:
1. Leave the tank in place and fill it using a kettle.
2. Remove the tank and fill it separately. When filling, keep the tank level to prevent water from spilling. After filling, insert the tank back into the oven and press the front panel until it locks securely in place.
Empty the water tank after each use.

Before performing any maintenance, switch off the oven and unplug the power cord.
Ensure the oven is cool before cleaning; the glass panel is at risk of breaking.
Replace the door glass immediately if damaged.
Handle the oven door with care when removing it, as it is heavy.
Clean the oven regularly to prevent deterioration of surface materials.
Use a soft cloth and appropriate cleaning agents.
Do not use abrasive products, abrasive cleaning pads, solvents, or metal scrapers.

The food probe measures the internal temperature of the food. When the set internal temperature is reached, the appliance stops operating.
There’s no need to open the door midway to check if the food is cooked, nor to reset the baking time.
Two temperatures need to be set:
Oven temperature (minimum 120°C) The internal food temperature range is 40–95°C.

This may be caused by the cooling fan, which operates to dissipate heat and protect the internal components. The fan will automatically stop after a short period.
