Precise grind settings, accurate bean dosing, an automatic tamping system, and stable 19‑bar high‑pressure extraction work together to deliver a rich, silky and creamy espresso.

Does the machine automatically grind, brew, and clean itself?

For first-time use, simply fill the bean hopper with coffee beans and add water to the water tank. You can then start using the Espresso and Lungo functions. A cleaning reminder will pop up after every 10 cups of coffee brewed.

Yes. The machine can automatically froth milk, allowing one‑touch preparation of Flat White, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, and hot milk foam.

Does the machine pre‑heat automatically on startup? How long is the pre‑heating time?

The machine pre‑heats automatically on startup, with preheating completed in about 1 minute.

Does it have a Pre‑infusion function?

Yes, the product features a Pre‑infusion function for more thorough coffee extraction. This function can be disabled in the mode selection menu.

Can this machine use pre-ground coffee?

No. Only whole coffee beans should be placed in the bean hopper. Do not put any other objects or liquids inside.

What type of coffee beans should be used?

The choice of coffee beans depends on your preference for coffee strength and sweetness. The Arabica beanstend to have a sweeter taste, while the Robusta beansoffer a stronger, more bitter flavour. It is not recommended to use overly oily coffee beans.

For first-time use, how should I adjust the grind setting?

For first‑time use, it is recommended to try the Espresso function. While grinding, turn the adjustment dial. If the coffee flows too slowly and tastes bitter, adjust to a coarser setting. If the coffee flows too quickly and tastes weak, adjust to a finer setting.

Can the coffee output and milk foam volume be adjusted?

Yes. During coffee or milk froth delivery, tap and hold the current function button to enter custom adjustment mode. Release the button when the desired amount is reached. The machine will memorize this setting. Next time, simply tap the function button directly to use the saved amount.
