The lock can detect whether the door is not closed or not locked. When the door is detected to be not closed for more than 10 seconds (the duration can be set via the app from 5 to 30 seconds), a door ajar alarm will be triggered. The lock will emit continuous short beeps for 5 seconds, and the indicator light on the lock will flash red for 5 seconds.

If fingerprint, passcode, or NFC credentials fail verification 5 times or more within 5 minutes, an alarm will be triggered, and the keypad and all verification methods will be locked for 90 seconds. During the lockout period, the door can still be unlocked via indoor operation, physical key, mobile phone Bluetooth, or remote unlocking. Once unlocking is successfully performed, the lockout state will be cleared. Alternatively, the user may wait for the lockout period to expire and then attempt unlocking again.
